SFC Obediah J. Kolath died Aug. 28 at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany, from wounds sustained Aug. 25 in Husaybah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his position there, resulting in the deaths of three other USASOC soldiers as well.

MSG Michael McNulty from North Carolina, served with -

 

MSG Michael McNulty was killed in action in Qaim, Iraq on June 17th 2005. McNulty enlisted in the Army after graduating from high school in Elgin, Ill., in 1986. After a brief separation of service he re-enlisted in 1994 and served with the 327th Infantry Regiment at Fort Campbell, Ky., and later in Hawaii as a rifle squad leader, instructor and reconnaissance squad leader. He successfully joined Delta in 2000. Later earning a spot on a recce/sniper troop.
